DTW offers National Coverage. Our core business is based around the installation of gas, oil, electric wet and solid fuel central heating and associated services such as the delivery of eligibility surveys, site supervision and contract management with all trades catered for.

Eligibility Surveys – Some of our clients’ installation programmes or contracts are targeted at specific groups. For example, socio-economic groups to which they wish to provide a service. Our team of experienced surveyors can carry out surveys to assess the householder’s circumstances or client’s housing stock against a client set criteria to assess qualification under the scheme or contract.


Technical Surveys – The design of a heating system is critical if it is to effectively and efficiently heat a home. Our team of Technical Surveyors design systems using all fuel types with our client’s specification.

Contract Management and Site Supervision – At DTW we provide a range of services from general on site supervision to full contract management from first customer contact to the final installation sign-off. Our aim is to support and enhance your client relationship and the householder’s customer experience.


Central Heating Installation – With an installation track record of over 4,000 central new and replacement installations each year you know you can rely on DTW. All of our tradesmen are qualified to undertake the central heating installation and associated work from Central Heating Installation Engineers to Electricians, Joiners and Builders. We have capability in Gas, Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG), Oil, Electric wet and Solid Fuel Systems.

For your peace of mind, all of our operatives have been checked against the Criminal Records Bureau register (CRB checked). The company and our operatives have the necessary qualifications and are registered with the relevant and legislative approval bodies, for example, CORGI - Gas, OFTEC - Oil, NICEIC – Electrical and HETAS – Solid Fuel.
