> provide Accredited Qualified Tradesmen
> not use foul and abusive language in your home
> not play radios/music in your home
> endeavour to complete the work in the allocated time

What we would like from you to…

- Empty and store the contents of your airing cupboard
Move and store pictures, breakables and ornaments to a safe place - Move any furniture identified as requiring to be moved during the technical survey (please let us know in advance if you are unable to do this)
- Lift any floor coverings identified as requiring to be lifted during the technical survey
> where possible, vacate the property during the installation works
> observe all safety notices and warnings whilst the work is in progress
> keep pets, children and the infirm safe by keeping away from the working areas
> ensure that our staff have a contact number for you throughout the installation
> be available for instruction of use of your new system at the end of the job
> respect our staff and employees
> kindly refrain from smoking in the proximity and working areas of our staff and employees
Thank You in anticipation of your cooperation
